How our products are made

Our fruit is initially quick frozen and kept at -40’C to capture shape and quality. Moisture is then removed in an atmosphere-controlled vacuum at low temperatures, a process known as sublimation.

Love these Orange slices, in fact love the whole range of dried fruits, they make cocktails look gorgeous and provide the fruity aromas to go with them.

How long will the products last once opened?

Once opened we recommend using the fruit within the first 3 months to get the best out of our products. Can you imagine how fresh strawberries would look in the fridge after 3 months?

No, it's better! The freeze drying process preserves the taste and aromas of the produce for an even stronger taste.
