Citrus Garden Spritz

Glass: Large wine glass
Style: Refreshing, citrus-led, lightly sparkling

Ingredients

• 35 ml London Dry Gin
• 15 ml Cointreau or Triple Sec
• 15 ml fresh lemon juice
• 10 ml sugar syrup
• 60 ml Prosecco
• 40 ml soda water
• 1 freeze-dried lemon half slice
• 1 freeze-dried lime slice
• 1 freeze-dried orange half slice
• Ice

Method

1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
2. Add the gin, Cointreau, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
3. Add the freeze-dried lemon, lime and orange.
4. Stir gently for approximately 10 seconds. This starts to rehydrate the fruit and release some citrus flavour.
5. Add 60 ml Prosecco.
6. Top with approximately 40 ml soda water.
7. Give the drink one gentle final stir.

Garnish

Finish with:

• 🍋 1 freeze-dried lemon half slice
• 🍈 1 freeze-dried lime slice
• 🍊 1 freeze-dried orange half slice
