How our products are made

Our fruit is initially quick frozen and kept at -40’C to capture shape and quality. Moisture is then removed in an atmosphere-controlled vacuum at low temperatures, a process known as sublimation.

Amazing

I was so happy with the strawberry slices, they were perfectly packaged and made cocktail making even more fun. I was able to reuse them time and time again without wasting any fruit. And they tasted just as good as the real thing!

How long will the products last once opened?

Once opened we recommend using the fruit within the first 3 months to get the best out of our products. Can you imagine how fresh strawberries would look in the fridge after 3 months?
Do these products taste the same as fresh fruit?

No, it's better! The freeze drying process preserves the taste and aromas of the produce for an even stronger taste.
