- Handful of Mixologist's Garden Strawberries and Raspberries with extra to serve
- Handful of blueberries
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based alternative for a dairy-free option)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (adjust according to your desired consistency)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on your sweetness preference)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added texture and nutrients)
- Ice cubes (optional)
METHOD:
1 - Rehydrate the Berries:- Start by placing the freeze-dried berries in a bowl and covering them with warm water. Allow them to soak for a few minutes until they become plump and rehydrated. Drain any excess water.
- Peel and slice the ripe banana.
